If we discover that anyone aged under 13 is providing PsyPerform with information we will seek to prevent the same in future, and provided the same has not been connected with any suspected criminal offence, we will destroy all such data.

Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
PsyPerform wishes you to be delighted with any and every purchase. All such online orders can be cancelled within seven days of the order being placed. If you do cancel, your payment will be returned completely. All purchases made will be despatched electronically or by verified delivery means within seven days of your order. If you desire to cancel any order made on line you can do so by email, email webform, post or telephone.
Site Registration
You do not require any form of registration to view the PsyPerform site. If you choose to register for the purposes of securing access to information PsyPerform will ask you for your first and last name, your email address and your company name.
Disclosure of site information
PsyPerform reserves the right to disclose personal data as required by the law or where doing so serves the purposes of justice, for example, being used to pursue a party engaged in wrong-doing.
